These terms are the agreement between the seller ("we", "YR Time") and the business that creates a YR Time account ("you"). For customers in Türkiye and every country except Uzbekistan the seller is İLHAN FIRAT KOÇAK, tax no. 5710380690, Fatih Mah. 3351 Sk. No:29 İç Kapı No:3, Kepez / Antalya, Türkiye. For customers in Uzbekistan the seller is "TESLA KAFA" MChJ XK, tax ID 312 477 429, Tafakkur ko'chasi 43-uy, Konstitutsiya MFY, Yakkasaroy tumani, Toshkent, O'zbekiston. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
YR Time is an online service for businesses that work by appointment: an online booking page, a calendar, client records, reminders, checkout, packages, gift cards, group classes, finances and payroll, depending on the plan. The service is provided over the internet at www.yrtime.com; nothing is installed or shipped.
2. Your account
You must give true details about yourself and your business and keep them up to date. You are responsible for everyone you give access to, and for keeping passwords safe. The service is intended for businesses and professionals, not for private consumers.
3. Free trial
A new account gets a free trial of 14 days with the features and limits of the Team plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the panel shows only the billing screen until you choose a paid plan; your booking page keeps taking bookings in the meantime, and no data is deleted.
4. Prices and payment
Plans and prices are published on our pricing page. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose. Card payments are processed by licensed payment institutions; we do not store card numbers. A proforma invoice is e-mailed at payment and the official invoice follows from our accounting office. We may change prices for future billing periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you in advance by e-mail.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Delivery and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Your data and your clients' data
The data you put into YR Time, including your clients' details, belongs to you. For your clients' personal data you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to record your clients' details and to send them booking messages. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
7. Fair use
You may not use YR Time to send spam, to collect data you have no right to collect, to break any law, or to attack, overload or copy the service. We may suspend an account that does so, and we will tell you why.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep YR Time available at all times and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is done at quiet hours where possible. Support is available every day 09:00–20:00 on Telegram and WhatsApp and at info@teslakafa.com.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or for the actions of third-party services you choose to connect.
10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time by writing to info@teslakafa.com. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice by e-mail, or at once if the fair use rules are seriously broken. Before an account is closed you can ask us for a copy of your data.
11. Changes and contact
