This agreement is made electronically between the seller and the buyer named below when the buyer subscribes to a YR Time plan online. The buyer confirms having read the preliminary information on the pricing page before paying.
1. The parties

Buyer: the business or person whose details are registered in the YR Time account that places the order.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the subscription to the YR Time online service in the plan, period and price the buyer chooses on www.yrtime.com, and the rights and duties of the parties under it.
3. The service and its price
The plan name, its features, the price for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) and the currency are shown on the pricing page and in the payment step before the buyer confirms. The amount charged is the one shown at that moment. Any tax that applies is stated on the invoice.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card, in advance, for the period the buyer chooses (one month or one year). Card payments are processed by licensed payment institutions (iyzico in Türkiye, Atmos in Uzbekistan). The seller does not see or store the buyer's full card number.
5. Delivery of the service
The service is delivered electronically. It is active on the buyer's account as soon as the payment is confirmed and can be used at www.yrtime.com. Nothing is shipped.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where the buyer is a consumer in Türkiye, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, under Article 15 of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation, once performance has begun with the buyer's approval. Regardless of this, and for every buyer, the seller offers the refund rights in its Delivery and Refund Policy, including a refund request within 7 days of a payment.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The buyer may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the Delivery and Refund Policy published on www.yrtime.com.
8. Duties of the seller
The seller provides the service as described, keeps it secure, supports the buyer every day 09:00–20:00 on Telegram, WhatsApp and info@teslakafa.com, and processes personal data as described in its Privacy Notice.
9. Duties of the buyer
The buyer gives true information, keeps account access safe, uses the service within the law and the Terms of Service, and pays the subscription fee for each period it uses.
10. Disputes
The parties will first try to settle any disagreement by talking to each other. Where the buyer is a consumer in Türkiye, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set each year. For other buyers, the courts of the seller's registered address are competent, without prejudice to mandatory law.
11. Effect
By confirming the payment, the buyer accepts this agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice and the Delivery and Refund Policy. The agreement takes effect at that moment and is kept by the seller in electronic form; the buyer can read it at any time on www.yrtime.com.
