Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial runs on the Team plan with no card. At the end you choose a plan, or you simply stop.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No minimum term. On a monthly plan you can cancel any month and your access continues to the end of the paid month. A yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment you can ask for a refund at info@teslakafa.com. The full rules are in our delivery and refund policy.
Where is my data kept?
On our servers in Germany. We never sell it and never use your clients' details to market anything to them. Our privacy notice lists every service that helps us run YR Time.
