Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly (a year costs the same as 10 months). Card payments are handled by licensed payment institutions (iyzico in Türkiye, Atmos in Uzbekistan); we never see or store your full card number.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan and pay for the first month or the first year. Until you do, your panel shows only the billing screen, while your booking page keeps taking bookings so no client is lost. We do not delete your data when a trial ends.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Write to us at info@teslakafa.com or on Telegram or WhatsApp and we move you to the plan you need.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. A proforma invoice reaches your e-mail the moment you pay, and the official invoice follows from our accounting office.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel at any time: your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for. Within 7 days of a payment you can ask for a refund. Our delivery and refund policy explains every case.
